You are a band of wayward adventurers, miscreants, zealots or blasphemers, wandering the Lands Without in search of answers, relics, or survival.

Your band shares:

A Token — a carved idol, bone charm, or haunting lantern for example. The Token has its own Number (2 –5) and can roll when invoked.

A Burden — a curse, debt, or oath to someone or something… A Shadow — a threat that follows you…

It is now the year 729 and there is an impending doom on the horizon, and those who are brave enough or foolhardy enough will heed the call to defend the realm or simply watch it burn down.The world is harsh and unforgiving. The game features a variety of characters, both good and evil. Players will have to choose their allies carefully, as the wrong choice could spell disaster. Players will have to use their wits and skills to uncover the truth and save the world from destruction.
